I love you is our chili con carne seasoning in a special edition with its own band label, a piquant gift for everyone you want to show that you know their taste. We mix it in our manufactory in Klingenberg am Main. 53 percent chili content is not an understatement but a declaration. Cumin, oregano, garlic and lemon peel make it the complete chili seasoning, real heat with structure rather than a plain chili powder.

How to use

I love you gives hearty dishes a Mexican profile. Roast one to two teaspoons per 500 g of minced meat with onions and garlic, season tacos, enchiladas and burritos with it, add it to braised stews, or stir it into dips of sour cream, yoghurt or tomato sauce.

Good to know: With 53 percent chili the blend is strongly hot. Dose carefully at first and increase to taste, it cannot be taken back.

Chili con carne with I love you in 4 steps

1. Brown 500 g of minced meat with diced onions and garlic until crumbly.
2. Season with one to two teaspoons of I love you and roast the spices briefly.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and drained kidney beans and simmer everything for 30 minutes.
4. Season with salt and serve with bread or rice.

What's in it?

The core is chili with a 53 percent share for the strong heat, with cumin for the earthy depth and oregano for the Mexican herb note. Garlic, lemon peel, black pepper and cloves round off the seasoning.
