Garlic

The special freeze-drying process preserves the intense flavor. The garlic is dry, but contact with liquid restores it to almost the state of fresh garlic.

Please close tightly and store in a dry place, as all freeze-dried products are highly hygroscopic, meaning they attract water. This natural behavior leads to clumping.

Use:
Garlic goes well with almost anything savory. It shouldn't be allowed to burn, as this will result in a bitter and sharp taste. It's excellent in salad dressings, with tomato and vegetable dishes (e.g., ratatouille), and with meat dishes, such as minced meat.
