At Altes Gewürzamt, founded in 2001 in Klingenberg am Main by top chef Ingo Holland and now run by his son Kilian Holland, you will find our entire range of products: over 500 spices, spice blends, pepper varieties, seasoning pastes, salts, and culinary companions. Every step – developing, roasting, drying, blending, grinding, and packaging – takes place on-site, by the second generation of the Holland family. From raw spice to the finished green tin, our products never leave the premises.

Craftsmanship Instead of Industrial Production – Purely Plant-Based, Without Additives
We compose every blend from first-class individual ingredients, which we source as single varieties from their respective countries of origin and process in small batches. We consistently avoid flavor enhancers, anti-caking agents, artificial flavors and all other additives that are common in industrial blends. All our spice blends are purely plant-based and contain no animal-derived ingredients. Our ingredient lists have nothing to hide.
