The handmade Radiatori with our lemon-pepper spice mix are produced by Jürgen Klecker in his Churfränkische Nudelmanufaktur.
The fruity, spicy flavor of the pasta transforms any dish into something truly special. The radiatori have a rough surface, allowing them to absorb more sauce. Or simply serve the freshly cooked pasta with red wine or raspberry vinegar.
Our tip:
Butter noodles, because the noodles have a great flavor of their own.
Recommended cooking time:
approx. 5-6 minutes
Store in a cool, dry place.
