“The Green Gold of Styria” – Styrian pumpkin seed oil is a natural oil. It consists of shell-free Styrian pumpkin seeds.
The very nutty aroma with a mild roasted note is distinctive and typical of pumpkin seed oil.
The pumpkin seed oil is NOT suitable for frying.
Use:
The oil is perfect for cold dishes, e.g. for (hearty) salads in combination with apple or wine vinegar. Pumpkin seed oil also works very well in soups.
