A fine rabbit terrine (25 % rabbit meat) with the sweetish Jurançon wine from the Béarn (south-west France). A savoury, aromatic composition of rabbit meat, wine, cognac and spices, made to a traditional French recipe by AFF in Bergerac for M. de Turenne. A classic of the French charcuterie tradition.
How to use
A classic for the cheese board, the apéro and a hearty snack. A companion to cornichons, mustard, fig mustard and baguette. A festive accent for a wine evening, on the starter plate and for buffets.
Good to know: once opened, store in the fridge and use within 2 to 3 days. Let it come to room temperature before serving, this is when the aroma develops best.
