Goose rillettes, a French bread spread of braised goose meat
A classic French bread spread of goose meat (54%) slowly braised in its own juices and goose fat (45%). Savoury and aromatic, smooth and with a fine depth. Made by Feyel in Alsace, a long-established producer of French charcuterie.
How to use
Classic on toasted bread, baguette and toast, with cornichons, mustard and fig mustard for the cheese board. A companion to the aperitif, the snack break and to wine. Also warm on crisp brioche toast, a small starter with character.
Good to know: after opening, store cool and use within 5 to 7 days. Let it come to room temperature before serving, that is when the creaminess unfolds best.
