( Add 1 teaspoon or 25 g to ½ l of liquid)
Use:
Fresh carrots, leeks and celery paired with all kinds of fine spices and herbs come together to create a delicious paste creation. Perfect as a marinade, for seasoning tomato sauces (especially Bolognese sauce) or for chili con carne.

Holland & Marquard were both awarded a Michelin star for their culinary skills and received 18 points in the Gault Millau. The two friends were already cooking together in Swiss restaurants in the 1980s.
