Spargel & Bärlauch – frühlingsfrische Gewürze aus der Manufaktur in Klingenberg

Wenn die Spargelsaison beginnt und der erste Bärlauch sprießt, dann ist Frühling auf dem Teller. Im Alten Gewürzamt, 2001 von Spitzenkoch Ingo Holland in Klingenberg am Main gegründet und heute von seinem Sohn Kilian Holland geführt, finden Sie 27 Gewürze und Mischungen, die zu Spargel und Bärlauch passen.

Klassiker für Spargel: Muskatnuss und weißer Pfeffer (etwa der weiße Penja-Pfeffer) für die Sauce Hollandaise, das Gewürzsalz Kräuter als Universalbasis, der Zitronen-Pfeffer als Finish. Klassiker für Bärlauch: in Pesto verarbeitet, mit gutem Olivenol vermengt zu Pasta-Saucen.

Anwendung in Ihrer Küche

Weisser Spargel klassisch in Salzwasser garen, mit Sauce Hollandaise und Kartoffeln servieren.
