Freeze-dried red onions, an intense onion aroma for sauces and soups
Made and packed in Klingenberg am Main. Freeze-dried red onions. The gentle process preserves the intense, lightly sweetish aroma of the red onion. On contact with liquid they almost return to the state of fresh produce.
How to use
A classic for salad dressings, vinaigrettes, sauces, stocks and soups. Seasons minced meat, rissoles, stews, burgers and tomato sauces. An accent for quark, herb butter and bread spreads. Please only fry when moistened and use up quickly after opening.
