The special freeze-drying process preserves the intense flavor. The onions are dry, but contact with liquid restores them to almost the state of fresh onions.
Please close tightly and store in a dry place, as all freeze-dried products are highly hygroscopic, meaning they attract water. This natural behavior leads to clumping.
Consume promptly after first opening.
