The venison terrine with cranberries is made from game, and this autumn also from deer that live freely in the forest.
This tender, juicy and wonderfully aromatic pate is prepared according to a traditional recipe in which the intense aroma of the venison is wonderfully complemented by the fruity acidity of the cranberries.

Use:
As a delicate starter or as a spicy snack... with dark bread and a salad of fresh mushrooms with Mélange du Jardin, accompanied by a dry red wine from Franconia - a wonderful treat for the palate!
