This product is made from fresh bluefin tuna caught using the traditional sustainable fishing method "Almadraba" and bluefin fish. This fishing is carried out on the coast of Cadiz using sustainable and environmentally friendly fishing gear.
These tuna are caught in the wild and not artificially fattened. Processed and packaged by hand. They originate from the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean.
