Michelin-starred chef Stefan Marquard therefore handles food carefully. He “activates” it before cooking it.
This treatment therefore significantly enhances the natural flavour, as the spices can penetrate deeply in their raw state.

Use:
For 1 kg of meat you need about 16 g of activator, for minced meat up to 20 g. Mix the activator well with the meat or massage it in and then leave it to work for about five minutes. The meat can then be prepared as desired.
