The fine mustard seeds are cooked together with red wine, brandy vinegar and grape must.
The mustard has a mild, spicy note.
The sweetness and spiciness of the mustard makes an interesting combination.
Use:
Goes very well with black pudding, sausages, meat fondue or pan-fried meat. A perfect accompaniment to asparagus in combination with mayonnaise.
