Tomami Toscana, Mediterranean seasoning power with Tuscan herbs
Tomami Toscana is a Tuscan seasoning composition made from reduced, fully ripe tomatoes and Mediterranean herbs, produced by Tomami GmbH. While Tomami #1 delivers pure umami depth and #2 lively acidity, Toscana brings the finished Mediterranean aroma into the jar: tomato, garlic, basil, oregano and rosemary in a harmonious concentrate. A splash is enough to give a dish Italian character at once – entirely without additives.
Taste and aroma
Concentrated tomato fruit, surrounded by Mediterranean herbs, savoury garlic and a fine pepper note. Harmonious and aromatic, with the depth of a long-braised sugo but ready in seconds. Very economical.
How to use
Refines pasta, bolognese, sugo, pizza and risotto with finished Mediterranean aroma. Seasons bruschetta, antipasti, salad dressings and marinades, sets accents in bean soup, caponata and ratatouille. Ideal wherever it should taste of Italy quickly.
Important: after opening, keep refrigerated and well sealed. Longer storage darkens the colour and intensifies the taste. Dose sparingly, the concentrate is very strong.
