The handmade tagliatelle with our spice mix Herbs of Provence are produced by Jürgen Klecker in his Churfränkische Nudelmanufaktur.
The intense flavor of Mediterranean herbs transforms any dish into something truly special. The tagliatelle has a rough surface, allowing it to absorb more sauce. Or simply serve the freshly cooked pasta with fruity red wine or raspberry vinegar.
Our tip:
Butter noodles, because the noodles have a great flavor of their own.
