Roasted Red Peppers are roasted red pepper strips of the Sydney & Frances brand, marinated with garlic and parsley. The sweet, smoky depth of the roasted peppers makes them a versatile antipasti speciality, fruity, mild and sweet and ready to use straight away. Drained weight 260 g.

How to use

Chop the peppers into salads, lay them as a hearty topping on pizza and bruschetta, or serve them as a side to grilled dishes. They also come into their own in wraps, sandwiches, pasta sauces and couscous dishes.

Important: After opening, store sealed in the jar in the fridge, keep the peppers covered with the marinade and use within a few days.
