The Microplane protective glove is a practical helper for working with Microplane graters or other kitchen graters. It reliably protects your hands so you can grate without worry. It is also a sensible addition when working with sharp knives and mandolines. One universal size, suitable for right- and left-handed users.

How to use

Pull it over the hand that guides the food or the blade. This keeps your fingers protected when grating citrus zest, parmesan or nutmeg, and equally when cutting and slicing. The glove is made of cut-resistant synthetic fibres (polyethylene, polyamide, glass fibre and elastane), light, stretchy and comfortable to wear.

Important: machine wash at 60 °C, not suitable for the tumble dryer, leave to air-dry. The glove is cut-resistant but not stab-proof, it does not protect against targeted stabs.

It is cut-resistant and noticeably reduces the risk of injury, but it is not a guarantee against every injury. It does not protect against targeted stabs or very strong pressure with sharp blades.
