Grillstone Liquid Smoke Hickory, premium liquid smoke for BBQ
A premium grill additive for homemade BBQ sauces with a strong hickory smoke note (hickory is a North American tree from the walnut family). Perfect for grilling or vegan cooking, a few drops bring the aroma of meat smoked for hours into any sauce or marinade.
How to use
For refining marinades and sauces, for flavouring grilled and fried foods and for making sausages. It can be added directly to soups and sauces, always dilute first.
Dosage: 10 to 15 drops (about 1 to 2 g) per litre of liquid or mass. Tip: dilute 1 tsp with a quarter litre of water and drizzle, brush or spray onto fried food with a pump bottle.
Good to know: do not use undiluted. Avoid contact with skin and clothing (staining), wear gloves when handling and keep out of reach of children. Store cool and dark, shake before use. A solid deposit during storage is a natural reaction of the smoke components.
