Holland & Marquard were both awarded a Michelin star for their culinary skills and received 18 points in the Gault Millau. The two friends were already cooking together in Swiss restaurants in the 1980s.
Ingredients:
Seasoning (tomato concentrate, parsnip), salt, shiitake, CELERY , leek, tomato paste, rapeseed oil, carrot, sugar, fried onion (onion, sunflower oil), spice mix (onion, garlic, MUSTARD , urd bean, lentils, fenugreek, cumin, salt, fennel, turmeric, PEANUT OIL , curry leaves), parsnip, garlic ferm., herbs, MUSTARD , pepper, turmeric, nutmeg, allspice, clove.
