This product is made from fresh bluefin tuna caught using the traditional sustainable "almadraba" fishing method and bluefin tuna. This fishing is carried out off the coast of Cadiz using sustainable and environmentally friendly fishing gear.
These tuna are wild-caught and not artificially fattened. Processed and packaged by hand. They originate from the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean.
