Simply get more out of all poultry dishes!
Vitamins are the little sensitive ones among nutrients. Cooked for too long or at too high a temperature, or stored for too long, they're gone.
Michelin-starred chef Stefan Marquard therefore handles food carefully. He “activates” it before cooking it.
This treatment significantly enhances the natural flavour, as the spices can penetrate deeply in their raw state.

Use:
For 1 kg of poultry you need about 12 g of activator. Mix the activator well with the poultry or massage it in and then leave it to work for about five minutes. The poultry can then be prepared as desired.
Ingredients:
Rock salt (Germany), white cane sugar, white pepper, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, mace, MUSTARD seeds, lemon myrtle, lemon peel.
