Veggie-Mix, nine spices to try for vegetarian cooking
A curated sampler box with nine spices and blends that work especially well in meat-free cooking - from Indian masalas through Za'atar to our Gemüseschmackes. With little effort you bring plenty of flavour to vegetables, bakes, bowls and egg dishes. We compose the blends in our workshop in Klingenberg am Main. A lovely gift for everyone who cooks plant-based.

How to use
Each tin covers a different style: season Indian with Garam and Chat Masala, oriental with Za'atar, hearty American with Cajun Spice and Mediterranean with the Mallorquinischer Kräutergarten. The sample sizes invite you to experiment, and you can reorder your favourites in full size afterwards.
Important: store the tins dry, cool and dark, and the blends keep their aroma for a long time. Add herbs and masalas only towards the end of cooking or as a finish so the aromas stay fresh.
Za'atar roast vegetables in 4 steps
- Cut 600 g mixed vegetables such as courgette, pepper, red onion and squash into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss with 3 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp Za'atar and spread on a baking tray.
- Roast in the oven at 200 °C fan for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are browned.
- Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon and serve with yoghurt or hummus.
