Product description

Sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, intense aroma from Greece

Sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil, preserved with herbs and garlic. By Deligreece from Greece. Intensely sweet-savoury, meaty and with concentrated tomato depth, a Mediterranean classic for the storecupboard.

How to use

A classic for antipasti, bruschetta and starter platters. It refines pasta, pizza, risotto, salads and Mediterranean bowls, and adds Mediterranean seasoning to sauces, spreads and quiches. The aromatic preserving oil can be used too, for example for dressings or for drizzling over bread.

Important: After opening, store in the fridge and always keep the tomatoes covered with oil, so they last longer. In the fridge the olive oil can turn solid and cloudy, which is completely normal and disappears again at room temperature.
