How to use
Ideal as an antipasto, in salads, on bruschetta, as a topping on pizza or in sandwiches and wraps. Also as a side to grilled dishes or as a component in Mediterranean pasta sauces.
Good to know: once opened, keeps in the fridge, covered with oil, for about a week. Always remove with a clean spoon.
Recipe idea, zucchini pizza bianca
Roll out pizza dough thinly and spread with 150 g ricotta. Distribute 1 jar of Grilled Zucchini over it, scatter with lemon zest and 1 tbsp pine nuts. Bake at 250 °C for 8 to 10 minutes. Before serving, finish with fresh rocket and Herb spiced salt.
