Please close tightly and store in a dry place, as all freeze-dried products are highly hygroscopic, i.e. they attract water. This natural behavior leads to clumping.

Thyme tastes wonderful in stews, pies, terrines and rich vegetable soups. It goes very well in tomato sauces, wine-based sauces and marinades for pork and game.
