“Get Well!” – Herbs of Provence in a Gift Tin
“Get Well!” is our Herbs of Provence in exclusive quality, in a special edition with its own belly label, a sunny gift to cheer someone up and aid their recovery. We blend them in our workshop in Klingenberg am Main. Thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, marjoram and basil are carefully combined into a dry, aromatic herb blend that gives every Mediterranean dish the fragrance of southern France.
Usage
“Get Well!” is perfect for anything with a Mediterranean flavour. Rub the herbs into poultry and lamb before roasting, add them when braising, season Mediterranean fish such as sea bass or sea bream in the oven, sprinkle them over roasted vegetables with olive oil or stir them into salad dressings and on focaccia.
Important: Dried herbs release their aroma slowly. Add them early to the dish or let them steep briefly in warm oil so that the essential oils can fully develop.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between “Get Well!” and the regular Herbs of Provence?
Nothing in terms of content. “Get Well!” contains the same blend of Herbs of Provence in exclusive quality, just with the “Get Well!” gift label. Choose the occasion tin as a gift and the regular tin for your own use.
What does exclusive quality mean?
For the exclusive blend, we use particularly carefully selected, highly aromatic herbs in a balanced ratio. The result is more intense and rounded than many standard blends.
What is the difference between this and Italian herbs?
Herbs of Provence come from southern France and focus on thyme, rosemary and savory. Italian blends usually highlight oregano and basil. Our Provence blend is more robust and resinous.
When is the best time to add the herbs?
Dried herbs need a little time. Add them early when braising and roasting or let them steep briefly in warm oil so that their full aroma can develop.
