Black garlic tastes mild with aromas of fried onions and caramel.

Please close tightly and store in a dry place, as the product is highly hygroscopic and therefore attracts water. This natural behavior leads to clumping. Remove any clumps with a micro grater.

Bottled in Klingenberg. Consume promptly after first opening.
