Shoyu Royal, a Vadouvan soy sauce with pure umami
Made and packed in Klingenberg am Main. A cooperation with Papa Mame from Wirsberg, the Future Lab ANIMA of the 2-star restaurant AURA by Alexander Herrmann and Tobias Bätz. Lentils meet soy sauce, refined with our Vadouvan and a maturing time of one year.
How to use
Classically as a soy sauce with Asian dishes, sushi and sashimi. Refines noodle dishes, wok pans and bowls. A base for strong mayonnaise, for caramelising meat on the grill, in sauces and marinades.
