Pakistani crystal salt, coarse — rock salt for the salt mill
This rock salt is mined around 200 km from the Himalayas. The fine rosé colouring is due to the iron oxide it contains. Pleasantly soft and elegant in taste — a classic salt for the salt mill and salt crust.
