Pakistani crystal salt, fine – a mild rock salt with a delicate rosé note
This rock salt is mined around 200 km from the Himalayas. The fine rosé colouring is due to the iron oxide it contains. Pleasantly soft and elegant in taste, a classic all-round salt.
How to use
Good for scattering and ideal for late seasoning of meat, vegetables and potatoes. Also as a fine table salt in the salt shaker and on the laid table.
Important: store dry and sealed. If it clumps, simply break it up, the quality is unaffected.
