Liquorice extract – real unsweetened liquorice for ice cream and jam
Made and packed in Klingenberg am Main. Real liquorice, unsweetened and without further ingredients – a concentrated, intense liquorice aroma from the root of the liquorice plant for patisserie and jam.
How to use
Classically for liquorice ice cream: crush a small piece in a mortar and add a knife tip to the vanilla ice base for the ice-cream machine, raising the sugar content slightly. Also suitable for cherry jam, chocolate desserts, panna cotta and caramel sauces.
Important: Contains liquorice root. In case of high blood pressure, excessive consumption should be avoided. Dose very sparingly, as the aroma is highly concentrated. Store dry and well sealed.
