The Baking Set brings together three of our most popular baking spices in one pack, freshly filled in our manufactory in Klingenberg am Main. It is made for anyone who wants to bake biscuits, gingerbread and cakes with real depth, and it costs less as a set than the three spices bought separately.

What's inside?

• Klingenberg gingerbread spice – our house blend for gingerbread, stollen and speculoos.
• Backstubengeheimnis – gives yeast pastries, cakes and bread a warm, lightly bitter-almond note.
• whole cinnamon blossoms – ground, an exceptionally aromatic cinnamon experience, more complex than ordinary cinnamon.

How to use

With the Baking Set you cover the whole sweet baking season. Season gingerbread dough and stollen with the gingerbread spice, add the Backstubengeheimnis to yeast plait, sponge cake and bread, and grind the cinnamon blossoms fresh over biscuits, rice pudding or apple sauce.

Good to know: The cinnamon blossoms are whole and release their aroma best freshly ground. Grind them in a spice mill or crush them in a mortar.

Goes well with
