Spearmint

The special freeze-drying process preserves both the color and the intense aroma. Around the Eastern Mediterranean and in the Arab countries, mint is used more often dried than fresh. 

Please close tightly and store in a dry place, as all freeze-dried products are highly hygroscopic, meaning they attract water. This natural behavior leads to clumping.

Use:
Spearmint is THE mint for Arabic teas. Use it to flavor cucumber salad or meatballs.

Our tip :
Briefly sweat the mint in olive oil or butter and then add it to lentil or bean soup, lamb or vegetable stew.
