Use:
The strongly roasted spice mixture is anything but mild. The fantastic composition has a deep spiciness that goes very well with stews and rice dishes.

Tip from the Dutch:
Rub salmon or tuna sparingly with garam masala and then fry it very, very briefly. Couscous can also be spiced up wonderfully with garam masala - a typical case of crossover.
