The special freeze-drying process preserves both the color and the intense aroma. By bringing it into contact with liquid, you can almost get the basil back to its fresh state and use it to enhance your dishes at any time.

Please close tightly and store in a dry place, as all freeze-dried products are highly hygroscopic, i.e. they attract water. This natural behavior leads to clumping.

Basil goes perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine, such as tomatoes (in all variations), zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, egg dishes or quark.
