Utah rock salt fine, pure natural rock salt from North America
Pure natural rock salt from the ancient primal sea in Utah, which spread across large parts of North America millions of years ago. Mild, clear and mineral. We pack it in a fine grain in our workshop in Klingenberg am Main – without additives, without anti-caking agents.
How to use
A classic table salt for everyday cooking, salt mills and shakers. It seasons meat, fish, vegetables, pasta and salads and adds a fine accent to soups, sauces and bread.
Important: store cool and dry. Pure salt without an anti-caking agent can clump when damp – simply let it dry out again and it loosens on its own.
