ULRIKA'S fig aceto balsamico mustard sauce combines a purée of ripe figs with aceto balsamico and fine mustard heat into a fruity, refined sauce from the workshop in Dornbirn. It is the classic companion for a cheese board and a Vorarlberg cold platter and brings fruity depth to ham, game and hearty sauces.
