Pakistani crystal salt, coarse – rock salt for the salt mill
This rock salt is mined around 200 km from the Himalayas. The fine rosé colouring is due to the iron oxide it contains. Pleasantly soft and elegant in taste, a classic salt for the salt mill and salt crust.
How to use
For the salt mill and for late seasoning of meat, vegetables and potatoes. Also for salt crusts and as a finishing salt over steak and oven vegetables.
Important: store dry and sealed. If it clumps, simply break it up, the quality is unaffected.
