Vanilla Planifolia ground, ground Bourbon vanilla for baked goods
Made and packed in Klingenberg am Main. A fully ground, dried Vanilla planifolia pod (Bourbon vanilla). Sweet, dark-aromatic and balanced-soft, easy to dose for doughs, creams and baked goods.
How to use
Excellent for vanilla sugar, yeast dough, shortcrust pastry, biscuits and stollen. Refines panna cotta, crème brûlée, vanilla ice cream and quark desserts. Note: the ground pod can lightly discolour pale dishes.
