Product description

Blue Fenugreek, bread clover with a lovage-like aroma

Blue fenugreek is a close relative of fenugreek, also known as bread clover or cheese clover. Its aroma is savoury and herbaceous with a characteristic lovage-like note, exactly the right thing for hearty bread and savoury cheese. Sorted and packed in Klingenberg am Main.

How to use

A classic for Swiss Sbrinz and Glarner Schabziger cheese. Seasons bread, rolls, rye sourdough and Vinschgerl flatbread. Adds an accent to cream cheese, quark spreads and stews. Use sparingly, as the aroma is intense. For bread, add about half a teaspoon per 500 g of flour to the dough.

Important: Store dry, dark and well sealed so the aroma is preserved.
