Tonka beans were soaked in rum for 24 hours and then fermented, creating the endless aroma of bitter almonds, woodruff, and vanilla.

Use:
Suitable for desserts, also for Baumkuchen and Christmas stollen.
Preparation tip:
Roughly break it up, let it steep in cream, taste to see if the desired flavor is achieved, then remove any pieces. Please use only small amounts.
