Nine of our most popular curry blends, from very mild to boldly hot, each in the handy 7 g tubo sample size. We mix and fill every variety by hand in our workshop in Klingenberg am Main. Nine curry blends in the 7 g tubo sample size:

• Curry Mumbai – mild and fruity with vanilla and orange
• Curry Maharadja – very mild, for the whole family
• Curry Hara – fresh and green with a Thai character
• Curry Goa – South Indian, fruity with star anise
• Curry Jaipur – North Indian and balanced
• Curry Anapurna – strongly roasted and piquant
• Curry Kashmir – bold with a high chili content
• Purple Curry – mild and fruity with a violet shimmer
• Coffee Curry – with roasted coffee, bold and aromatic

How to use

Toast each variety briefly in hot oil or ghee before adding vegetables, meat or coconut milk. This way you find your favourite for curries, rice dishes, marinades and vegetarian bowls. Tip: label your favourites and reorder them later in the large tin.

Good to know: the heat levels range from very mild (Maharadja) to bold (Kashmir, Anapurna). Work your way up to the hotter varieties carefully.
