A fine creation from the Müller-Thurgau grape variety. The white grape must comes from the Wertheimer Sonnenberg of the Alte Grafschaft winery. Through gentle reduction, a sweet-fruity, concentrated syrup with a fine character is created, which lifts sauces, cheese and desserts to a new level.

How to use:
