Lebkuchen Mini Mix, small Christmas specialities for every taste
The Lebkuchen Mini Mix brings the full variety of Christmas baking into one tin: small gingerbread and pastries with almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and macadamia, with nougat, marzipan, plum and candied orange peel, some coated in chocolate. We selected it at Konditorei Rosner in Waldsassen, a family business with its own Lebkuchen bakery. The profile: honey and roasted nuts, fruity notes of plum and orange, plus a warm spice. There is something for everyone.
How to use
As a gift for friends and family, for the cookie plate, with coffee or mulled wine, in an Advent calendar or as a small thank-you. Crumbled, it also makes a lovely dessert ingredient.
Important: Close the tin well after opening so the small gingerbread stays moist.
