Vanilla Tahitensis ground, a floral-aromatic vanilla for patisserie
Made and packed in Klingenberg am Main. A fully ground, dried Vanilla Tahitensis pod, a hybrid of Vanilla planifolia and Vanilla pompona. Interesting flower-like aromas with a long aromatic depth.
How to use
Excellent for vanilla sugar, yeast dough, shortcrust pastry and fine patisserie. Refines panna cotta, crème brûlée, ice cream and mousse. An accent for fruit salad, marinated berries and exotic fruits. Note: the ground pod can lightly discolour pale dishes.
