The handmade spirelli with our Roman spice mix are produced by Jürgen Klecker in his Churfränkische Nudelmanufaktur.
The very mild Mediterranean flavor transforms any dish into something truly special. The spiral pasta has a rough surface, allowing it to absorb more sauce. Or simply serve the freshly cooked pasta with fruity red wine or raspberry vinegar.
Our tip:
Butter noodles, because the noodles have a great flavor of their own.
These spirals are also suitable for children.
Recommended cooking time:
approx. 5-6 minutes
