The handmade Radiatori with our lemon-pepper spice mix are produced by Jürgen Klecker in his Churfränkische Nudelmanufaktur.

The fruity, spicy taste of the pasta turns every dish into something very special. The radiatori have a rough surface and therefore absorb more sauce. Or simply serve the freshly cooked pasta with red wine or raspberry vinegar.

Our tip:
Butter noodles, because the noodles have a great flavor of their own.

Recommended cooking time:
about 5-6 minutes

Store in a cool, dry place.

Durum wheat semolina (contains GLUTEN ), 2% lemon-pepper spice mix (black pepper (Brazil), lemon (36%), lemon myrtle (3%)), water.
