This rub made from selected ingredients gives fine meat and poultry an intense smoky note and a fiery crispness.
Manufactured and bottled in Klingenberg.
Use:
Marinate the grilled food and leave it to rest in the fridge for 12 hours. 250 g of rub is enough for 6 kg of meat.
Ingredients:
Rock salt, onions, smoked paprika, tomato flakes, smoked salt, white sugar, brown sugar, paprika flakes, garlic, smoked sugar, black pepper, rose hot paprika, cinnamon blossom, Timut pepper, Tasmanian pepper, black garlic, thyme, bay leaves, habanero chili.
